ed in the heart of Mosses, AL, the Mt Moriah #2 Missionary Baptist Church (MMBC2) strives to be a beacon of light in its community. We strive to edify Christ, educate Christians, and emulate Christianity. This is done to the glory of God that his people may see him in every aspect of their worship and their personal lives. We strive to make Christ known in communal worship and encourage believers to trust God and to give thanks in all things while drawing nearer to and gaining a closer relationship with him. MMBC2 is an advocate for education, both Christian and secular, we promote the constant gaining of knowledge and exemplify that by training and educating our members and by encouraging and supporting their secular educational pursuits. We believe that an informed Christian is an empowered Christian and is therefore more effective in ministry and community involvement.
